"In October 2012 my son was struggling with main stream school his behaviour was getting him in trouble with exclusion after exclusion. One day I was feeling really fed up of Meeting after meeting my son being really depressed me feeling like a bad Mum so I put a comment on my facebook page. A lovely lady who I had met 2 years earlier messaged me back and said had I thought about Jubilee house Christian school (she was a teacher at the school). I called the school the following day and we went to visit school.
My son felt at ease straight away and the teachers treated him as an individual he started there in November and I really would never look back. Not long after him starting there it was suggested that he may have ADHD and with schools help my son was finally diagnosed with ADHD and is now on medication which means he is presently sitting GCSEs which I really thought would never happen. He has good predicted grades and though school he has done a years work placement at a local food bank too.
Jubilee House have turned my son’s education around they have treated him as a person. The pastoral care has been fantastic and I am so proud of him and them. They have even asked him back to help mentor other pupils who have struggled in Mainstream education or who are dealing with ADHD.
Thanks Jane and your wonderful staff you all care about every child and young person who comes through your doors and will do everything they can to help."
